Terms of use

Last updated 26 September 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. They are site terms only. They are not product terms, and nothing here creates a contract to supply anything.

Who we are

VEREA is a project of Naranjo Cloud LTD, a company registered with the Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property under number HE477975, with its registered office at Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Cyprus and VAT number CY60192607R. Naranjo Cloud LTD runs this site and is referred to in these terms as ‘we’.

What this site is

This site describes VEREA, a control plane for financial connectivity that is in design and in early access. The pages describe how the platform is designed to work. They are not a statement that any part of it is in production use, and they are not an offer to supply a service.

What you can do with it

Read it, quote it with attribution, and share links to it. Do not copy the site wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train or seed a product that misrepresents its origin. The text, diagrams and design on this site belong to us.

Accuracy

We try to keep everything here accurate and we remove anything that stops being true. Even so, the site is published as it is: we make no warranty that it is complete, current or fit for any particular decision you are making. Do not rely on it as advice, whether technical, legal, regulatory or financial.

The connectivity audit

Requesting a connectivity audit does not create a contract between us. If we agree to do one, the scope of that work is set out in writing at the time. What the form collects is covered by the privacy notice.

Links out

Where this site links somewhere else, we do not control what is there and we are not responsible for it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Cyprus law applies and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
